Quick Pad – Privacy Policy & Terms of Use (iOS Version)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Quick Pad, developed by Titan Built Apps. Quick Pad offers users an efficient way to create, manage, and organize textual notes, alongside attaching media files including images, videos, audio, documents, and other file types. By downloading or using the app on your iOS device, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

2. Data Storage & User Responsibility

  • All user data — including notes and media file references — is stored locally on the user’s iOS device.

  • No data is uploaded, synchronized, or transmitted to any external server by Quick Pad.

  • Uninstalling the app may result in the removal of local files stored within the app’s directory. It is the user's responsibility to back up any important data.

  • Titan Built Apps is not liable for data loss, corruption, or deletion due to device errors, OS behavior, app uninstallation, or other external factors.

  • Users are responsible for managing and safeguarding their data.

3. Advertisements & Pro Version

  • Quick Pad may display advertisements served through Meta’s Audience Network or other ad providers that comply with Apple’s App Store policies.

  • Users can opt for the Pro Version via in-app purchase to remove advertisements.

  • The Pro Version may also include exclusive features and future updates, which will be available only to paying users.

  • In-app purchases are processed and handled by Apple’s App Store billing system. Titan Built Apps does not directly handle any payment information.

  • There is no automatic data migration between the free and Pro versions; users are advised to manage their data manually if needed.

  • The availability of the Pro Version is subject to Apple's platform and review policies, and future availability is not guaranteed.

4. Permissions & Storage Access

  • Quick Pad requests access to device storage and media libraries only when necessary to allow users to attach media files to their notes.

  • All permissions are requested transparently through Apple’s system dialogs, and access is granted solely at the user's discretion.

  • Quick Pad does not access, collect, transmit, or store any user data beyond the app’s local container.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Quick Pad is provided “as-is” without any warranties — expressed or implied — regarding performance, reliability, or availability.

  • While Titan Built Apps strives to provide a stable and secure experience, no guarantees are made about uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  • Titan Built Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

  • Technical support will be provided on a best-effort basis without guaranteed resolution times.

6. Payments & No Guarantee of Service

  • All in-app purchases are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store under Apple’s terms and policies.

  • Titan Built Apps is not responsible for failed transactions, billing issues, or refund requests. Users must contact Apple Support for any purchase-related problems.

  • Purchase of the Pro Version does not entitle users to perpetual access in the event the app is removed from the App Store or discontinued.

  • Titan Built Apps reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature without prior notice.

  • Any fraudulent or malicious activity related to in-app purchases may result in account restriction or legal action.

    Note : 

    Users acknowledge and agree that, owing to circumstances including but not limited to technical irregularities, system-level propagation delays, reinstallation of the application, or deferred synchronization processes within Apple’s in-app purchase infrastructure, activation or restoration of purchased entitlements may not occur instantaneously and may require an indeterminate interval of time. Titan Built Apps bears no responsibility for any such latency, perceived malfunction, or deferred accessibility of Pro Version features, whether arising upon initial acquisition, subsequent reinstallation, or at any later time. Responsibility for the timing and fulfillment of such transactions resides exclusively with Apple’s App Store framework, and users accept that Titan Built Apps shall have no liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

7. User Agreement & Policy Updates

  • By using Quick Pad, users agree to be bound by the terms in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

  • Titan Built Apps may modify or update this policy at any time. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

  • Users are encouraged to review this document periodically for updates.
