Quick Pad - Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

Welcome to Quick Pad, developed by Titan Built Apps. Quick Pad facilitates seamless content organization by allowing users to create and manage textual notes, as well as associate media files including images, videos, audio, documents, and miscellaneous files. By utilizing this application, users acknowledge and consent to the terms detailed herein.

2. Data Storage & User Responsibility

  • The application ensures that all stored content, including but not limited to text-based entries and media references, remains localized to the user’s device.

  • The app neither synchronizes nor transmits stored data externally beyond the user’s personal storage ecosystem.

  • Uninstallation of the app may result in the removal of files stored within the Quick Pad directory; however, user-generated content indexes will persist unless explicitly removed.

  • The onus of safeguarding and preserving stored data lies exclusively with the user, and Titan Built Apps shall bear no obligations related to unintended loss, deletion, or corruption of data arising from application behavior or external factors.

3. Advertisements & Pro Version

  • Quick Pad incorporates Facebook Audience Network, which serves advertisements that adhere to independent third-party policies. Users are encouraged to consult Meta’s privacy policy for insights regarding personalized advertising mechanisms.

  • The application provides an optional Pro Version, which suppresses advertisements upon successful acquisition via the Google Play Store.

  • The Pro Version offers users access to future special updates that will be available exclusively to paid users. These updates may include new features, enhancements, or exclusive content.

  • The application also provides an in-app purchase to remove advertisements. The purchase is processed through Google Play Store, and the payment is required for removal of ads.

  • Migration of stored user data from the free version to the pro version is neither assured nor structured within an automated framework.

  • The indefinite availability of the Pro Version on the Play Store remains subject to external circumstances beyond the control of Titan Built Apps, and its continuous existence cannot be presumed as guaranteed.

4. Permissions & Storage Access

  • The application requires comprehensive storage permissions to facilitate seamless organization, retrieval, and access to user-designated files.

  • Storage access is granted at the discretion of the user, ensuring operational integrity without unauthorized data exploitation.

  • No external transmission, unauthorized replication, or backend storage of user content is enacted by the application.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Quick Pad is made available in its current state without explicit or implied warranties concerning uninterrupted performance, infallibility, or perpetual operability.

  • While Titan Built Apps endeavors to refine and enhance application stability, users should anticipate potential operational inconsistencies as part of the evolving software landscape.

  • Titan Built Apps neither commits to nor assumes any form of legal, technical, or incidental accountability for issues emanating from direct or indirect usage of the application.

  • Resolutions to technical anomalies, if feasible, shall be pursued on a best-effort basis, devoid of obligatory rectification timelines or assurances.

  • In the case of any technical glitches or issues during in-app purchases, Titan Built Apps or the developer are not liable for any errors or problems that arise during the transaction. Users are advised to contact their respective app store support channels for resolution. Titan Built Apps shall not take responsibility for any purchase issues and reserves the right to not be held liable.

6. Payments & No Guarantee of Service

  • Procurement of the Pro Version is executed solely at the user's discretion and does not imply an irrevocable entitlement to perpetual app functionality or retention on the Play Store.

  • Titan Built Apps reserves the prerogative to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application or any associated services without prior notification.

  • Refund claims pertaining to the removal, inaccessibility, or termination of the application shall not be entertained under any circumstance.

  • In the event of a technical glitch during the purchase process, the user should directly contact the app store for resolution. The company and developers are not responsible for such issues.

  • Users acknowledge that any issues regarding in-app purchases are not the responsibility of Titan Built Apps or the app developer. Legal actions may be pursued against the user if any malicious activities or fraudulent purchases are identified.

7. User Agreement & Changes to Policy

  • By engaging with Quick Pad, users are inherently bound by the stipulations set forth in this document.

  • Titan Built Apps retains the right to revise or amend this policy at its sole discretion, with such modifications becoming effective upon dissemination.

  • Continued utilization of the application post-revision constitutes implicit acceptance of updated terms.
