Welcome to Cloud Share, a file sharing app developed by Titan Built Apps. Before using our app, please review the following policies and terms of service. By using Cloud Share, you agree to comply with these policies.


1. **File Sharing and Storage:**

Cloud Share allows users to share files globally over the internet. Once a file is downloaded by the recipient user, it will be deleted from our servers immediately or within 24 hours from the time of sharing. However, it is the responsibility of the users to ensure the privacy and security of their shared files. Cloud Share and Titan Built Apps are not liable for any data loss or unauthorized access to shared files.


2. **User Accounts:**

Cloud Share utilizes Google Sign-In as the primary method for user account creation and login. Your Google profile picture may be used as your Cloud Share profile picture, which can be seen by other users. You have the right to delete your account at any time.


3. **User Responsibility:**

Users are solely responsible for their actions while using Cloud Share. Any misuse of the app, such as sharing copyrighted content or engaging in illegal activities, is strictly prohibited. Titan Built Apps shall not be held liable for any user actions conducted through the app.


4. **Advertising:**

Cloud Share integrates Facebook ad monetization for displaying advertisements. Please note that the ads shown are not endorsed or controlled by Titan Built Apps. Users may encounter third-party advertisements while using Cloud Share.


5. **Server and Data Security:**

Cloud Share utilizes Firebase servers for storage and server operations. While we make every effort to maintain the security and integrity of our servers, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against hacking or unauthorized access. By using Cloud Share, you acknowledge and accept this risk.


6. **Bug Issues and App Deactivation:**

Cloud Share's developers are dedicated to providing a stable and bug-free experience. However, the app may encounter unforeseen issues or bugs. Titan Built Apps shall not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from app bugs. Furthermore, the app may be deactivated or temporarily unavailable due to various reasons, and the user acknowledges this possibility.


7. **App Permissions:**

To facilitate file sharing and storage, Cloud Share requires the following permissions:

- **Manage Storage:** This permission allows the app to read, write, and share files with the user's explicit consent.
